The Proud History of the LSU Tigers

The LSU Tigers football team plays in the NCAA Division I-FBS and competes in the Southeastern Conference. The Tigers play at the Tiger Stadium, and their head coach is Les Miles. They did switch their membership in the different conferences. From 1893-1895, the Tigers were Independent. From 1896-1921, the Tigers were in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association. From 1922-1932, the Tigers were in the Southern Conference. From 1922 to 1932, they were in the Southern Conference. From 1932 to present day, they compete in the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference.
