Bio of the Thrashers

In the 2003-04 season the team was led by Shawn Mceachem. The team managed some remarkable performances. They could not reach the finals but pleased the fans with some memorable acts. For the 2005-06 season the team took in some players like Scott mellanby, Jaroslav modry, Bobby Holik, Peter Bondra and Mike Dunham. The team went on to win 41 games which was a record. In the 2006-07 season the team played 82 games and they bagged 43 wins. In the 2007-08 season the team played 48 games and won 23 wins.

The members of the team include Colin stuart, Kevin Doell, Eric Boulton, Brad larsen, Chris thorburn, Jim slater, Steve rucchin, Marian Hossa, Ilya kovalchuk, Bobby holik, Vyacheslav kozlov, Todd white, Eric perrin, Pascal dupuis, Mark recchi, Alexei zhitnik, Tobias enstron, Niclas havelid, Ken klee, Mark popovic, steve mccarthy, garnet exelby, Johan hedberg and Karu lehtonen. Some of the awards the team received are: Dany heatley was honored with the Calder memorial trophy for the 2001-02 season. Ilya kovalchuk was given the rocket Richard trophy in 2003-04.
