The team re-emerged with new winning records from 2001- 2005. The New England Patriots became the 2nd team in the NFL hall of fame to win 3 Super Bowls in 4 years. The Dallas Cowboys are the first record holders. The New England Patriots won the Super bowl XXXVI, XXXVIII, and XXXIX. They were also the winners of the Conference Championship for six years including 1985 and 2007. They were division championship winners in the east AFL league in 1963. The Patriots won the AFC east games in 1978, 1986, 1996, 1997, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
