Since leaving school in 2004 and relocating to New York Chris has achived a fairly great deal of success in a short period of time with his debut self-titled album. Harboring four top 10 and top 20 hits Chris' debut album has sold 3 million copies with nearly 2 of those being in the United States alone. His debut single "Run It!" went to the top of the charts in three countries including the United States. Chris then followed with a string of top 10 hits as well as landing a release of his DVD entitled Chris Brown's Journey, which follows Chris around the world on tour and includes various bloopers and behind the scenes footage from his video shoots. After the release of his first album Chris got a small role on the popular television show the O.C. as a band geek. His role on the OC lead to a role in the dance film Stomp the Yard with fellow R&B singer Ne-Yo as well as actress Meagan Good in early 2007.
Brown is currently on tour in support of his sophmore album Exclusive featuring the #1 single "Kiss Kiss" with vocalist/producer T-Pain as well as his single "Wall to Wall". His latest single "Kiss Kiss" is his highest ranking single he has released since "Run It!" went #1 in 2005.
